He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur E. Brown and Helen M. Brown (Dlesk); his grandson Cary Brown of Boston; his brother Larry; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl "Cherry" Brown of Mansfield and Bill Wensyel of McMurray, Pennsylvania..

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Brian Brown (Susan) of Boston, Chad Brown (Jennifer) of Ashland, Bradley Zoladz of Morgantown and Michelle Carver (Chris) of Mansfield; his siblings-in-law, John Wensyel (Mary Kay) of Wheeling, Mike Wensyel (Debra) of Saint Cloud and Pat Wensyel of McMurray, Pennsylvania.; and his grandchildren, Julia Yoder (Seth), Rowan Brown, Aaron Brown, Rachel Tharp (Jacob), Kimberly Carver, Ashley Carver, Nathan Brown, Jessica Zoladz, Christopher Carver, Courtney Carver, Haley Zoladz and Jared Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Ken's honor to St. Jude's Research hospital or Hospice of North Central Ohio.
