He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell D. Johnson and Betty Johnson (Binion); his siblings, David Johnson, Steve Johnson and Betsy McKinney; and his sister-in-law Patricia Hout.
He is survived by: his wife Pam (Fife); his children, Amy Kimberly of Shelby and Lukas Johnson (Sherry) of Bellville; his grandchildren, Seth Ray Johnson and Sienna Jade Johnson; his siblings, Gerald Johnson (Dedra) of Kentucky, Billy Johnson (Marilyn) of Kentucky and Lisa Tackett (Ricky) of Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Johnson of Kentucky, Ron, Georgia Fife of Lucas and Walt Hout of Shiloh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
