It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Smith (Bellville, Ohio), who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Smith and Alta E. Smith (Wilgus); his wife Jewelene Smith; his former wife Nancy Smith (Kisling); his daughters, Laura Robinson and Tammy Craft; his stepdaughter Ranae Dunlap; his grandson David Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Henry Robinson, Gabriel and Landon Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Smith (Karen) of Bellville, Holly McGhee (Lonnie) of Bellville and Mark Smith (DeAnn) of Bellville; his stepdaughter Carla Bailey (Michael) of Butler; and his sons-in-law, Ralph Robinson of Fredericktown and Wesley Craft of Butler. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild along with numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Bellville Presbyterian Church, Clear Fork Alliance Church, North Bend Church of the Brethren or the BNOC.
