He is survived by: his son Charles; his brothers, Jeff Baxter, Muddy Waters and Gene Frontz; and his children, Scott McMillen (Sherry) of Ottumwa, Teri Johnson (Tim) of Ashland and Buffy Smith (Luke) of Bellville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
