He was predeceased by: his father Otis Adkins. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Adkins Jr. (Teresa), Troy Adkins (Lisa Everhart) and Jessica Bledsoe (Andrew Cox); and his grandchildren, Tyler Bledsoe, Ethan Cox and AJ Cox. He is also survived by 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
