She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wayne and Catherine Marie Hoffman (Ledley). She is survived by: her siblings, Gary W. Hoffman (Ruth), Steven Hoffman (Pamela), Cindy Krieger and Doug Hoffman; and her nieces and nephews, Jessie, Beth, Christine, Wendy, Josh, Stephanie, Ashley, Cory, Racheal, Brandon and Danielle. She is also survived by twenty four great nieces and nephews.
