She is survived by: her children, Lynn Clark (Gary) of Bellefontaine, Charles Adkins (Ida) of Bellefontaine and Christopher Adkins of Bellefontaine; her daughter-in-law Traci Adkins of Akron, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jonathan Clark, Jamie Clark, Hannah King, James King, Kaylee Cox, Zack Cox, Lyddia Adkins, Danielle Adkins and Scott Adkins; and her siblings, Charles Slone (Jonda) of Georgia, Joe Slone (Ruby) of Kentucky, Sharon Slone of Chicago and Mary Lynn Slone of Kentucky. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
