He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Griffin and Harriet Griffin (Kridler); his father-in-law Charles Newman Jr.; and his sister-in-law Lois Newman. He is survived by: his wife Diana Henry; his daughters, Kelly Ferraro (C. J.) of Pittsburgh and Emily Jurich (Adam) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Evie, Gia, Leo, Ellis and Emily; his siblings, Ann Brown (Greg), Jody Scudds (Brian), Penny Harford (Dennis), Nancy Conley (Craig) and Shannon Griffin (Annie); his mother-in-law Barbara Newman; and his brothers-in-law, Duane Newman and David Newman (Bonnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
