He was predeceased by: his parents, David William and Catherine Violet Hilliard (Wren). He is survived by: his children, Brandy Nicole Serrano (Orlando) of Columbus, Shannon Reed (Holly) of Marysville, Morgan Hilliard of Marion and Randy Hilliard II of DeGraff, Ohio; and his siblings, Karen Bartley (Terry) of Bellefontaine, Sharon Organ (Bob Lindsey) of Bellevue, Ohio, Jerry Hilliard (Betty Mikesell) of Bellefontaine, Rick Hilliard (Amy Steed) of Bellefontaine and Bill Hilliard (Lisa) of Lima, Ohio.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
