He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fox and Nina Fox (Nickell); and his sisters, Shirley Monteith and Beverly Woodrum. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fox (Fielder); his daughter Tami Kerns; his grandchildren, Katie and Tim Kerns (Beth); his great grandchildren, T. J. of Bellefontaine and Hunter Kerns of Bellefontaine; and his pet Paisley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
