Slater Jr. (Angel) of Springfield, OH, Pete Slater (Jule Shnell) of Cincinnati, OH, Cody Slater (Rashell) of Dayton, OH and Laurie Jorgenson of Toma, WI; his sister Vickie Slater Murphy of Urbana, OH; and his uncle James Treu of Sparta, WI.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
