She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Kay Steinberger (Laverne) of Bellefontaine, Linda Lou Kauffman of Bellefontaine and Charles Earl Sheeley Jr. of Belle Center, Ohio.; and her stepsons, George C. Forsythe of Russells Point, John Forsythe (Anne) of Bellefontaine and Michael Forsythe of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
