He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Fulton and Madalene A. "Penny" Fulton (Horne); his sister Connie Burden; and his brother-in-law Bob Richards. He is survived by: his pet Custer; his children, James E. Fulton (Christina) and Chelsey Bailey (Josh); his grandchildren, Mason Bailey, Avianna Bailey and Delilah Fulton; his sisters, Carol Lefebvre (Chuck) and Sandy Fulton (Kelly Johnson); and his brother-in-law Roger Burden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
