It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Snapp (Bellefontaine, Ohio), born in Huntsville, Ohio, who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Snapp and Myrle Snapp (Idle); his siblings, Avis Nicholas, Wilda Hayes, Dwight Snapp, Howard Snapp and Richard Snapp; and his brother-in-law Gordon Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Snapp (Clason); his children, Teresa "Teri" Elsass (Larry) of East Liberty, Thomas Snapp of Bellefontaine, Timothy "Tim" Snapp (Cindy) of New Carlise and Todd Snapp of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Thomas "Tommy" Snapp of Columbus, John Looney of Urbana, Anthony Snapp of Bellefontaine, Casey Snapp of New Carlise, Sarah Looney of East Liberty and Natalie Snapp of Bellefontaine; his stepgrandchildren, David Niswonger and Celeste Niswonger (Jon Doup) of Bellefontaine; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden Elsass, Jaxton Niswonger, Mitchell Niswonger and Emilia Doup; his siblings, Donna Voorhies, Wilbur Snapp (India Ann), Emerson Snapp (Sheila) and Ron Snapp (Judy); his sisters-in-law, Madeline "Bunny" Snapp, Evelyn Snapp and Marge Graves of Tipp City; and his pets, Buster and Lila. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family has requested memorial donations be sent to Antioch Shrine 107 E. First St. Dayton, Ohio 45402.
