She is survived by: her husband Gary Joe Simmons; her son Gary Lewis Simmons (Leslee); her son-in-law Herb Schrader; her grandchildren, Garrett, Breanna (Ryan), Jade, Ethan and Chloe; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Keagan; and her siblings, JoAnne Eaton, Cindy Harris (Steve) and David Givens.
