She was predeceased by: her father Ralph O; her husband Horace Lee Jacobs; her siblings, Nolan, Donald, Carl, Alfreda Payne (Henry) and Phyllis Henry; and her mother Lady.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Mifsud (Oscar) of Wadsworth and Jeff Jacobs (Mary Anne) of Jacksonville, Florida.; her grandchildren, Ryan Mifsud (Beth), Shelly Kohrs (Craig), Scott Moore (Rachel) and Sara Moore (Reilly Madden); and her great grandchildren, Grace, Sophie, Lily, Ella, Gavin, Drake, Logan and Aiden. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
