He was predeceased by: his father Perlee Grove; his grandson Jeremy Helline; and his siblings, Elmer Steinke, Clyde, James Grove, Arnella Young, Catherine Sampsel, Norma Locker and Nancy Clemens.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Shetler (Jason), Perlee "Pete" Grove Jr. (Leslie), Donald Grove (Ann), Bryan Grove (Terena) and Jason Michael Grove (Janet); and his siblings, Patricia Kula (Ron) and Melvin Grove (Phyllis). He is also survived by his former wife, Cookie Grove; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
