It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope Howell of Beach City, Ohio, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Penelope Howell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Wise and Gerard Wise; her husband Terry; her grandson Jonathan Hines; and her siblings, Mary McClellan and Warren Wise.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa Ocheltree (Richard) of Beach City, Michael Howell of Beach City, Pamela Reeves (Robert) of Akron and Mark Howell (Carol) of Beach City; her grandchildren, Zachary, Lucas Hines (Alcia), Jesse Rose (Sarah), Chase Jones (Lindsey), Garrett and Gage Howell; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Liam Hines, Deegan, Kade Jones, Isabella, Brooklyn and Ryan Rose; and her siblings, Marla Kay Heiideloff (Toni) and Kevin Wise.

I lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
