She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smith (Ike) and Lillian Derrow Santos; her husband Oral Wade Jr. (Goose); and her brother David Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Allen (Jason) of Brewster and Dana France (Nate) of Massillon; and her siblings, Dale Smith (Ike), Danny Smith and Sue Smith.
