He is survived by: his spouse Callie; his children, Bill (Renee) and Carrie Crates (Bob Santen); his grandchildren, Leslie Petrovic (Chase), Ashley Crates (Michael Kolonick) and Robert Santen; his great grandchildren, Marcus, Kelan, Camron, Shawn, Hunter and Ashton; and his sister Beverly Creps.
