He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Johnson and Eileen Johnson; and his brother David McCleery Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Borocz; his children, Emily, Trevor, David and Lee; and his siblings, Marcia Jean Binkley of Wilkesboro and Eric Roe Johnson of Mount Juliet. He is also survived by five cousins and three nieces and three nephews along with numerous extended family cousins, friends.
