He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin L. and Beatrice Chase Sr.; his sister Barbara "Bobbie" Middaugh; his brother-in-law Dick Middaugh; his grandson Benjamin Greene; and his sister-in-law Tammy Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Gary (JoAnn) of North Ridgeville and Sharon Greene (Dave) of Greensburg, PA; his grandchildren, Scott, Christine Chase, Alexis and David Greene; and his brother Jeff (Tommye) of Avon Lake.
