He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his parents, Andrew and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Ciammaichella (Michael) of Columbus, Patricia Klaus (Carl) of Norton and Marilyn Estrin (Dennis) of Chagrin Falls; his grandchildren, Andrew (Vivian), Anthony Ciammaichella (Taylor), Annette Ullrich (Ross), Joe Klaus (Heather), Rachel (Tim) and Max Estrin (Tommy); his great grandchild Elaina Klaus; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Kotnik of Barberton and Don Kotnik (Rochelle) of Toledo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prince of Peace Church.
