He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burnette and Addie Burnette; his wife Karen Burnette; and his niece Laurie Stevenson. He is survived by: his brother Michael Burnette (Patti); his sister-in-law Sherry Pettit; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Burnette, Ryan Burnette (Mandie), Teri Moats, Debbie Roberts (Jeff) and Shelley Wenzel (Brian).
