He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rouch and Thelma Rouch; and his brother David Rouch. He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his children, Harry Rouch and Cynthia Fahey (Chris); his grandchildren, Nate (Nicole), Matt, Zack and Kate Fahey; and his great grandchild Addilyn Fahey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
