It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Hoenig (Avon Lake, Ohio), born in Lockport, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen C. Hoenig (Burke) and Edward J. Hoenig; and his siblings, Edward J. Hoenig and Helenbeth Hoenig. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Archie Hoenig; his children, Joseph Edward of Gotha, FL and Mary Katherine Ward (Barrett) of Bay Village; his grandchildren, Anna Hoenig Ward, Emma Harlan Ward and Duncan Archie Ward; and his sister-in-law Doris Hoenig. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
