He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Martin); his parents, Joseph Botsko and Mary (Zilka); and his sister Dolores Botsko. He is survived by: his children, David Botsko and Beth Cummings (Ross); his grandchildren, Katherine Fraser (Justin), David Cummings (Paige) and Joseph Cummings; his great grandchildren, Ansley Elizabeth Cummings and Brooks David Cummings; and his brothers, George Botsko and James Botsko.
