He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kirk and Rita Kirk; and his son Kevin M. Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kathleen Kirk, John J. Kirk, Jr. (Cheryl) and Michael T. Kirk; his grandchildren, RJ (Kait), Kala, Kara, Abigail, Aubrey, Michael, Grace and Emma; and his great grandchild Raegan.
