He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Kollat and Eleanor Kollat (Teno). He is survived by: his wife Janeen Kollat (Caras); his children, Jenna Kollat, Lucia Kollat (Alex Andrews) and Paul J. Kollat; his siblings, Mark Kollat (Mary Jo), Brian Kollat (Christine) and Lynore Kollat; his mother-in-law Jean Caras (Appulese); and his brother-in-law Larry Caras. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
