Modrzakowski (Theresa) of Ripley, WV and John Malcolm Modrzakowski (Alize) of The Plains; his grandchildren, Liv Mullins of Athens, Savannah Modrzakowski of Ripley, WV and Matthew "Austin" Modrzakowski of Ripley, WV; his brother Stanley W. Modrzakowski (Carla) of Leeds, MA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mikel and Alisa Modrzakowski; his niece Amber Nesselrotte (Jeremy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayden, Alysa and Presley; his cousin Daniella Siroski of San Francisco, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Tryda (Bill) of North Royalton, Gary Martin (Caroline) of Kissimmee, FL, Rick Martin (Beth) of Athens, Kevin Martin (Jane) of Loveland, Becky Martin of Crooksville and Jay Martin (Erdene) of Logan. He is also survived by cousin.
