He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Corwin Huggins and Mary Grace Huggins; and his wife Patricia "Patty" L. Huggins. He is survived by: his children, David Huggins (Colleen) of Florida, Kathy Hook (Bruce) of Geneva, Kevin Huggins (Lori) of Ashtabula and Scott Huggins of Akron; his grandchildren, Stacey Todd (Norvell), Aaron Grey, Aaron Mullins (Amanda), Sara Hapach (Matt), Joseph Huggins, Paige and Spencer Huggins; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Madeline, Reagan, Eli, Emery, Avery, Grayson and Hudson.
