She is survived by: her parents, Jan Guerini and Alan Guerini; her sisters, Angela Guerini of Chicago and Ashley Jaber of Atlanta; her brother-in-law Wissam Jaber; her nieces and nephews, Alia and Ethan Jaber; and also, Bentley, Jake, Stella and Miles.
All donations made to the family will be donated to Cleveland Hope Lodge where Alison stayed at the beginning of her treatment journey.
