She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Julien and Clara Julien; her siblings, Ed Julien (Effie Mae), Anabel Gilbert (Giles), Twila, Rosalie Arnett (Dick) and J. R. "Bud" Julien; her parents-in-law, Howard "Pat" and Viola Flora; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Julien, Patty Shafer and Robert Spille.
She is survived by: her husband David Flora; her children, Jill Miller (Blair), Carrie Feitshans (Mike) and Brad Flora (Sherry); her grandchildren, Rachel Thomas (Connor), Erin Taylor (Mark), Anna Bowen (Jake), Evan Miller, Nathan Feitshans (Robyn), Travis Feitshans (Haley), Trevor Fulton (Megan) and Emily Fulton; her great grandchildren, Luke Taylor and Gavin Feitshans; her brother Tom Julien; and her sister-in-law Dee Spille. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and several other relatives and friends.
