He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Kuhbander; his children, John Kuhbander (Elaine), Mark Kuhbander (Melina), Cheryl Pressly (Vince) and Dan Kuhbander (Kathy); his grandchildren, Joshua Kuhbander (Jessica), Jill Detrick (Andrew), Jessica Newell (Joshua), Nick Kuhbander (Brittany), Sara Baker (Tyler), Alex Pressly (Mikayla), Austin Pressly (Trisha), Devin Kuhbander and Lily Kuhbander; his brother Roger Kuhbander (Diana); his niece Staci Picker (Jesse); his nephew Brad Kuhbander; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Eubank-Kuhbander; and his friend Bobby Day. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
