He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Goings and Kathleen Goings (Game); his children, Vicki Cruea, Mary Mormon and Robert C. Goings; and his brothers, Robert, Michael, Dennis, Philip and Ronald.
He is survived by: his son Glen Goings (Amanda Bundy) of Sidney; and his sisters, Karen Taylor (Robert) of Sidney and Debra Case (Virgil) of Sidney. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
