He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Hootman and Mildred Hootman (Adzima); and his sisters, Dolores Demchak and Mildred Addison. He is survived by: his wife Diana F. Hootman (Dearman); his children, Michael Hootman (Theresa) of Williamsfield and Michelle Kozik (Chuck) of Erie, PA; his brother Daniel Hootman (Kathy) of Linesville, PA; his grandchildren, Christian Hootman (Nikki), Kaitlyn Pildner (Christopher), Nathan Hootman, Lauren Kozik and Ryan Kozik; and his great grandchildren, Gregory Hootman, Braden Pildner and Zachary Hootman.
