She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare Louise (Porter) and Lewis Dwight Ames. She is survived by: her husband John T. Hulburt; her sister Nora L. Villella of Butler; her children, Lewis Dwight Adams (Laura) of Medina, Karyn Louise Kuchta (Joseph) of Mayfield Heights and Jennifer Renee Stevenson (Bill) of Linesville, Pennsylvania.; and her grandchildren, Zachariah Adams, Noah Adams, Andrea Kuchta, Grant Stevenson, Adam Kuchta, Isabella Adams and Emma Stevenson.
