He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Iola (Ditch) and Lawrence Lloyd Harvey; his son Lloyd "Butch" Harvey; and his siblings, Laura F. Boyd, June L. Fultz, Fred T. Richardson and Lawrence "Bud" Richardson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa M. Harvey and Kimberly A. Harvey; his sons, Larry O. Harvey, Tracey A. Harvey and Kevin Q. Harvey; and his sister Alice G. Colligan.
