She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Poling (Spencer) and Ernest Poling; and her sisters, Florence, Edith, Marian and Helen.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dolores K. Adams of Jamestown and Denice Campbell (Earl) of Espyville, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Donald, Steven Campbell, Hannah and Austin Simon; and her former husband Norman Lee Simon of Greenville, Pennsylvania..
