He was predeceased by: his father Arnold LeRoy Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Delores A. Lewis of Andover; his mother Florence H. Lewis (Hobba) of Meadville, Pennsylvania; and his brother Ronald Lewis (Judy) of Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
