It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ward of Andover, Ohio, born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Miller and Leta Mae Miller (Hughart); her stepfather Elmer Herman; and her brother David Miller. She is survived by: her husband Rick Ward; her children, James Dean, Jr. (Traci), Kevin Dean (Gloria) and Terry Dean; her grandchildren, Devon Dean, Jared Dean (Mia), Kala Grey (Curtis), Jesse Dean and Dakota Dean (April); her great grandchildren, Harper, Wyatt, Emma, Ada-Lyn and Noah; and her brother Kenneth Miller. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
