He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia May (Kemmerling) and Alfred Louis Lendzian; and his son Chad A. Lendzian. He is survived by: his wife Marla Lendzian of Andover, Ohio; his daughter Lori Collins (Travis) of Geneva, Ohio; his stepdaughter Carrie Dodd (Matt) of Ashtabula; and his grandchildren, Caiden Collins, Kendall Collins, Cody Lendzian, Grady Lendzian, Michael Chamra, III and Lillie Chamra.
