He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Church and Susan Church; his son Phillip Wayne Church; and his brother Bill Church. He is survived by: his daughter Dottie Vinson (Steve); his grandchildren, Shane Reinert (Liss), Ryan Reinert (Kimi) and Kelly Reinert; his great grandchildren, Anton, Jack, Kendall, Rowan, Karaline, Rory and Kylee; and his sister Shirley Smith (Ken). He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews, friends and family.
