He is survived by: his wife Cathy Vandergriff; his children, Joel Vandergriff and Sarah Vandergriff (Nick); his grandchildren, Kaevuh Vandergriff, Devon Vandergriff and JJ Vandergriff; his nephews, David Vandergriff and John Vandergriff; his niece Mikkie Martin; and his sister Marlene Noell (David).
