She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Dean and Ruth Kougher (Vanscoy); her husband Robert Oren Young; her siblings, John, Richard Kougher and Jane Kougher; and her children, Terry Oren Young and Brenda Young.
She is survived by: her children, David L. Young (Diane Davis) of Circleville, Linda L. Young (Dave Renner) of Amanda and Mary Ann Johnson (Kenny) of Ashville; her stepchildren, William Young (Joyce) and Caroyn Blackwell; her siblings, Dean Kougher (Susie) of Lancaster and Annabell Kougher of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Brandy Bice, Ron Bowling (Amanda), Joshua David Young, David Richard Neece, Jessica Scudder (Kevin), Billie Jean, Crystal and Anna; and her great grandchildren, Kylar Bice, Jasmine Bowling and Trenton Bush. She is also survived by numerous other great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
