He is survived by: his mother Debbie Andrews (Luce) of Grove City; his wife Cheryl Andrews (Johnson); his children, Cierra Andrews (Shane White) and Paxton Andrews (Jordan Frazier); his siblings, Josh Andrews (Veronica) of Amanda, Dana Andrews Jr. of Columbus and Alena Fouch (Nathan) of Adelphi; and his close friends, Rocky Baker and Bill Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
