He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bly of Amanda, Janet Notestone (Brian Bowman) of Amanda, Michael Bly (Iyana) of Amanda and Jeff Bly (Heather) of Amanda; his grandchildren, Mathew (Jessica), Bradley Notestone (Ashley), Joey, Garrett Drake, Levi and Mackenzie Bly; his great grandchildren, Payton and Xzavier; and his brother Garry Bly of New Lexington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
