Delbert Waggoner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Waggoner of Amanda, Ohio, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert D. Waggoner and Willamina Waggoner (Phillips); his granddaughter Anna Waggoner; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Sisler and Helen Gohring.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Waggoner; his children, Debra Waggoner of Florida and Dennis Waggoner (Lou) of Amanda; his grandchildren, Cara Renee Waggoner, Mason (Jamie) and Brice Creager (Brittanie); his great grandchildren, Hannah and William Creager; his son-in-law Mack Creager (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Roger Sisler (Sue), Ray Sisler (Denise), Susan Kay Beaver (Phillip) and Star Ann Sisler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; his beloved dog.
Due to the Coronavirus restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
