He was predeceased by: his father Robert G. Hood; his sister Dorline Danford; and his brother-in-law Pete Bethel. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mae Hood (Winter); his wife Amy L. Hood; his children, Marc Hood (Sherine) of Blacklick, OH, Mathew Hood (Rachel) of Crosby, TX and Megan Edwards (Ryan) of Yonkers, NY; his grandchildren, Ryan, Grant, Dylan, Chloe, Kylie, Aiden, Zoe and Amira; his siblings, Dottie Sayre of Ripley, WV, Eugene Hood (Cindy) of Stoutsville, OH, Sharon Bethel of Amanda, OH, Robert Hood (Lea Ann) of Ashville, OH, Garry Hood (Linda) of Columbus, Roger Hood of Circleville and Leola Skowronek (Joe) of Ashville; and his brother-in-law Brian Danford of Lithopolis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
