He is survived by: his wife Janice Hoffman; his children, Michael Hoffman and Melissa Jimenez; his grandchildren, Andrew Hoffman, Ayla Steyer and Skylah Jimenez; and his great grandchildren, Izabell, Joanne and Kacey Hoffman. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to St. Jude.
